  • No diagnosis necessary
  • No complicated intake process

In some instances, the full session cost with a counsellor is less than the out of pocket fee with a psychologist.

Doing our own inner work, so we can show up with clarity, compassion, and authenticity.

Grounded & proven

Offering strategies that have been tried, tested and actually work.

Genuinely warm & easy to talk to

helping you feel comfortable quicker, so you can make progress sooner.

Person centred

So you feel seen, heard and supported as a whole human, not a case file.

Counselling success

What you can achieve from talking things through.

You don’t have to be in a crisis to talk to someone.

In fact, we’re big believers in proactively downloading your micro-stresses to avoid the snowball effect down the track.

Think of it like this: you don’t wait until your car breaks down to get it serviced. Your mental health deserves the same proactive care.

Working with a qualified counsellor can help make sense of what’s happening, understand your patterns, and develop an action plan to move forward in your life with confidence and calm.

What you can gain from counselling:

Clarity: Understand what’s driving your emotions and decisions.

Relief: Learn practical tools that actually work for anxiety, stress, and the thoughts that won’t stop

Strengthen relationships: Learn to communicate clearly, set boundaries, and repair what’s been broken

✓  See your patterns: Understand what keeps you stuck and find different ways through

Build the life you want: Not just surviving this week, but creating lasting change

Our story

Built from loss. Created with purpose.

When you lose someone you love, your whole world changes.

For Tina Kendall-Davis, founder of Anytime Counselling, that loss became the reason she built the kind of support her dad never had.

I know in my heart if Dad had have had counselling, we’d still have him now’

Anytime Counselling was born from that truth: no one should have to shoulder life’s weight alone. Tina wanted to create an accessible, down-to-earth service that reaches Australians wherever they are (mentally and physically) with real people who listen, understand, and help you rebuild.

“We don’t want mental health support to feel clinical, complicated or expensive. It’s not about making millions of dollars, it’s about changing millions of lives”

Frequently Asked Questions

Most clients book within 2-3 days.

No. You can book directly whenever you’re ready.

Yes. Research shows it’s as effective as face-to-face therapy for most concerns. Many people find it easier to open up from their own space.

Both are equally effective, it comes down to your preference and how you would feel comfortable. For our regional clients, internet accessibility is another consideration.

Finding the right fit matters. You’re welcome to switch counsellors, no hard feelings.

Everything stays private between you and your counsellor (with standard legal exceptions around immediate risk of harm).

Crying is completely ok and it happens often, so our counsellors are ready to embrace it.

Often this is a sign that you feel safe and protected within the counselling space which is GREAT.

Bring tissues if you want to, or don’t.

Your counsellor will help you and guide you to feel comfortable.  You don’t need to have it all figured out.
