With a Bachelor of Arts Psychology and Counselling, Greg is dedicated to understanding your experience, exploring your options and enhancing self-awareness and meaning in your life.
A word from Greg: “ When I was in my late teens, I went through a severe depression which lingered around and made my life less than pleasant for the next 6 years. Whilst this period was stressful at the time, many years later I have been able to look back, acknowledge and understand that we all experience this distress in our own way. There is no set level of suffering you ‘should be able to cope with’, we all differ from each other in so many unique ways. This is how I approach your sessions and acknowledge the importance of meeting you as you are, in your experience.”
